Technical Support Engineer | Regulatory Compliance (Securities)

I contributed as a Technical Support Engineer in supporting a securities company to fulfill regulatory compliance requirements from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Working closely with an external consultant and internal teams, I was responsible for identifying relevant system functionalities and providing the necessary evidence to support the compliance process.

By ensuring accurate documentation through system captures and log samples, I helped streamline the audit and licensing process, reducing delays and ensuring the system met regulatory standards.
